When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you put in it. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the revenue band you picked, when your books were last closed, and whatever you wrote in the message box. Nothing else on the form is hidden and there is no field you cannot see.
If you pick a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details on our behalf and they reach the same desk.
This site records a page view with two random identifiers that your own browser stores, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, together with the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party, it goes nowhere but our own server, and it exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.
If your browser is set to Do Not Track, none of that is recorded at all.
There is no advertising pixel on this site, no visitor identification service and no third party analytics. The only other company involved in serving these pages is the network that delivers them, which logs the usual request information for security and rate limiting.
To reply to you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages are useful, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record keeping duties.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for anyone else's advertising, and no decision about you is made automatically.
An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.
You can also ask what we hold and ask for it to be corrected. The same phone number reaches the person who can do it.
If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes are made on the page rather than announced somewhere else.
